How Much Does Shipping Cost? Do You Have Free Shipping?
Umoja Shoe Company Ltd delivers orders to customers nationwide through a third party vendor, G4S and we charge delivery fees based on delivery location, KSH 350/- for deliveries in any destination of Kenya. The order or item can also be collected at nearby G4S Offices and pick up stations around Kenya.

Do You Provide Door To Door/ Home Delivery, What Are The Delivery Options?
Yes, currently door to door delivery is available countrywide. As well as pick-up from our outlets and G4S offices.

This will take 1- 5 days depending on the customer’s location
You can still opt to collect your package from our pickup shops, For Deliveries to other parts of the country, you can choose to pick from G4S offices (Depending on your location and takes around 3-5 days).
Please Note: During high traffic and Promotions, it may take up-to 14 days to deliver your order.
What If I Missed My Delivery? How Long Can We Keep Uncollected Goods?
The product will be delivered once. We will keep the products and you will be contacted again before we cancel your order. Alternatively, you can contact us at customercare@umojashoe.com or 0114980913.
For unclaimed goods, we will keep the product at the pickup station for 7 days, otherwise we will send it back to our warehouse for maximum of 30 days before you can request resend after which it shall be treated as unclaimed goods under CAP 38. Law of Kenya.
Will Somebody Contact Me Before Delivering The Package To My Location?
Yes, our staff will contact you to confirm your availability and exact location.
On arrival at the provided location, our delivery agents will contact you to deliver your package to you.
How Do I Receive My Order When Delivered At My Doorstep?
You will receive a call from G4S/ Delivery Rider. Please provide valid ID to claim your goods. Ensure you confirm the integrity of your goods delivered. If there is any problem with it, kindly reject to rider and contact us on customercare@umojashoe.com or 0114980913.
Within How Long Should I Pick My Order From Self-Collect Points When Arrival Notice Has Been Sent?
Within 48 hours from the time you are notified unless verbal communication is done to you. But in most case you will be contacted and collect your item at your convenience.
Why Can’t You Send The Order To My City?
Please send us your address so that we can find the nearest pick-up station for you. You also can recommend us the pick-up station on your address as Umoja Shoe Company Ltd has a program to open pick-up stations in future.
